In March 2016, Timothy purchased a Brightway Insurance Franchise and began operating as Brightway-The Worthy Agency in May 2016. In June 2018, with the goal of being a totally independent insurance agency The Worthy Agency began operating and serving clients under the parent company Worthy Enterprises Unlimited LLC. Tammy began her insurance career in April 2000 at Janimo Insurance Company. In November of 1992, Tammy left Janimo and started her sales career as an agent with Freeman Insurance Ltd.
